Mosaic portrait artist, Cecilia Farrell was born in Buenos Aires in 1967. She has shown a special passion for artistic expression since she was a small child.
SerenaHer educational endeavors include a twelve year intensive in drawing with Professor Alberto Cienfuegos Centurion in the School of Fine Arts Institute of Santa Ana.
InésShe simultaneously attended various workshops in sculpture and painting, classes that continued to develop until her admission to the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Buenos Aires in 1986.
Maternidad VDuring her years of study, she began to experiment with different techniques and materials, with particular emphasis on the use of the mosaic as a means of expression.
Maternidad IIOnce she graduated from architecture school, she developed a prolific body of work in mixed techniques and mosaic murals.
Maternidad ICecilia has participated in a number of exhibitions at the Ministry of Economy of the Nation and numerous cultural centers and art spaces where she has displayed her abstract pieces.
